For First Nations, Inuit and Métis Youth in Canada.

Deadline Tuesday, August 31, 2010

Who: Aboriginal Youth ages 18-29 (17 with parental consent). At this time, we are encouraging First Nations, Inuit and Métis Youth from Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, The Northwest Territories, Nunavut Territory and Newfoundland/Labrador. Aboriginal Peoples Living with HIV/AIDS are encouraged to apply.

What: We would like you to join our National Aboriginal Youth Council on HIV/AIDS.

Why: Because Aboriginal Youth are over-represented in the realities of HIV/AIDS across Canada and we can change that… starting now!

How: The Youth Council represents Aboriginal Youth from across Canada that are working together on a National Aboriginal Youth Strategic Action Plan for HIV/AIDS.

How to Get Involved: Contact us, visit our website and/or fill out the application attached – together we can create change. The deadline is Tuesday, August 31, 2010.
